The b/c cover does look a bit cleaner sitting in the water

I just parked mine in a wet slip for the first time last weekend and have the mooring cover. I only have dock access on 2 sides of the boat. I have only ever put the mooring cover starting at the bow and finishing over the swim deck. So I backed my boat in and did that from inside the boat. Little awkward laying on the dock to get it around the swim deck, but I got it. I'd say the most cumbersome part is that you have to connect your dock lines to keep it from moving when you first get there. And then undo them as you put the cover on to get them thru the cover. And then i have an extension cord for my tender jr going out the back cleat cover. Maybe i'll try starting at the back. With those straps on the back of the cover that hook to the boat, that may make it slightly easier.

We use both the original grey tow/mooring ratchet cover for towing and storage. It has worked well and easily installed bow to stern. We back our boat into slip so ratchet is easily accessible. However we wanted to brighten up a 9yr. old boat with some new covers. We like the versatility of the bow cover and the cockpit cover will take a few more minutes to snap than just laying mooring cover on, fastening velcro around tower mounts and cranking the ratchets. I towed the boat home with new covers on and they did not move. I may just use original mooring for winter indoor storage. We like the high quality construction with reinforced wear points and zippers all over bimini for future curtains even zippers to remove bimini from frame. She even repaired a small hole in our mooring cover without being asked.0913161254.jpg 0914160849.jpg 0914160854.jpg
