My 2015 Yamaha 242 Limited S

She's beautiful!

Couple of questions:

  1. What are the white bumps on the vertical gelcoat aft face on the lower swimdeck couple holders?
  2. Is the interior beige/brown tone?
  3. If yes to 2, does that clash with the grey hull?
Thanks.

1. They are cup holders.
2. It's a beige brown tone.
3. I don't think so, there's not really an angle where you can see both the interior and the suede grey at the same it. Maybe the bow but I don't think it clashes at all. In some angles the grey looks a little beige, so I think it matches.

I have another question: On the rear swim platform, what is this kind of round chrome/stainless thingie ?
Please see photo attached:

Thanks for the answers. I did not word question 1 well + autocorrect reared its ugly head. I was trying to refer to the white bumps as per arrows in pic below. Any idea what those are?

Love it!!! I would wreck the boat looking at all that info on the screen! lol

Does anyone have any requests on what they would like to see?

That is a sweet boat! My dealer doesn't have any yet!

Nice boat.

The door for the storage forward of the helm looks smaller, as does the distance from the bottom of the windshield to the bow seat back. Is that area now smaller? Is the port side compartment smaller then as well? If so where did the extra space go, to the bow or to the cockpit?

With the taller freeboard in the bow area is the storage deeper?

Maybe I've missed it but I still haven't seen a pic of the bottom from front to back showing the keel sticking down..

Thanks!

@motorboater The door is the exact same size as well as both port and starboard storage compartments & bow. The under seat storage in the bow is 4" deeper on the 2015 and the cockpit is 7" longer.
