I've googled and searched and can't find an answer. Hoping someone here has relatively quick access to their boat on a trailer. Mines in storage until, what feels like, the first of forever from now.

I'm looking for the height of the "upper deck" of the swim platform from the ground on an AR190/195. Likely the same measurement on an SX190/195 as well. I'm putting a 240V outlet in the garage, and want to make sure it's higher than the swim platform when I mount the enclosure, you know, so the boat still fits in the garage in the spring. Picture below has the measurement I'm looking for.

Suppose I could estimate off the light switch that I can still measure (It didn't move :D), but hoping someone can provide a verification of that height.

Any help?!?

I'm doing a vessel safety exam on a 2017 SX195 today after work. If the owner is ok with it, I will see if I can get a measurement since the boat is on the trailer at their house.

I am sure there is code to follow, but typically the top of 120v outlet boxes are mounted at 18" above finished floor. However your new 240v outlet, I assume surface mounted, not recessed, would be on the same level/height as the light switch, 48" aff.

Awesome. Thank you sir!

Intention was to recess mount a weather resistant receptacle. Is that a bad idea?

I think that switch pictured is 48in AFF in relation to the floor in the house, not the floor in the garage. I'll check when I get home tonight and report back.

I came up with 44” last night.
