Large in part to MANY of you, I was able to finally make a decision and commit to my FIRST boat today. I found a 2014 with 45.5 hours that was in pristine condition. Owner even drove it down from OKC (8 Hours from Houston) at not charge. Boat came with the deluxe cover, tinted windows, Dynamating throughout the boat, insulation foam in engine compartment, wakeboard racks and mirror, and a Shoreland'r trailer with custom wheels. All for $25,000.

The best part of all of it, she EASILY fit into my garage without any crazy finagling. Only had to lower the trailer and she slid right in!

I wanted to thank everyone who answered my questions (there were many) and who gave advice. I couldn't be happier and cannot wait to take her out this week!

Great boat you guys will love it!

Looks very clean! I think you got a great deal.

Looks Great! It's a twin to mine. I saw it on Craigslist here in Oklahoma and knew that was a DEAL.

I think you wound up with a helluva deal! What a great boat for you and the family to enjoy! Look forward to hearing your stories throughout the summer! Enjoy it in good health!:winkingthumbsup"

I have run into my first issue. The Curt trailer wiring harness I purchased is a four pole. The trailer I have has surge brakes and when in revers (because there isn't a 5th pole for reverse), the surge brakes engage causing me to not be able to reverse the trailer.

I had to zip tie the surge brake key to keep the trailer from sliding back and engaging the brakes. Is there an option to get this to work. The previous owner said he had to make a custom wiring harness to fit the 5 pole...

Please, any suggestions.

Congratulations BTW! Great looking boat! De-stickered and blacked out a little! Looks really good :)

My tow vehicle has a 7-pin socket, I had a 7 to 5 pin adapter but lost it one day so I wired a 7-pin plug to my trailer harness so I wouldn't have to keep up with another adapter.

If your vehicle doesn't have a 7-pin (round) socket, my suggestion is to wire one in.

Congrats on the boat. I would like to suggest one immediate and cheap upgrade, A Stoltz bow roller for your trailer. The plastic one that comes on the trailer is know for marring up the front and did on my AR192. The popular choice of forum members has been the Stoltz Ultimate Bow Stop Roller 4" ($30-$40) and I have personally been happy with it. The bracket on my trailer fit really tight and the metal was too hard for me to bend without risking trailer paint damage, so I just cut down the center part of the roller a bit.

Congratulations @Jason Talley ! The 192 is a fun boat and I know you'll enjoy it.
