Guest, we are pleased to announce that Hydrophase Ridesteady is offering an extra $100 off for JETBOATERS.NET members on any Ridesteady for Yamaha Speed Control system purchased through March 7th, 2025. Ridesteady is a speed control system (“cruise control”) that uses GPS satellites or engine RPM to keep your boat at the set speed you choose. On twin engine boats, it will also automatically synchronize your engines.
We finally picked up the boat. The weather was shit so I didn't get too many good photos. We played with the wave a little bit, drove a couple circles, and that was about all we could stand with the cold an drizzle. It was a very tight squeeze clearing the header, but she fits in the garage and I didn't even need to remove the platform like I thought. I did have to remove the board racks though so that sucks. We decided to keep the decals on at least for now. I'll try to get some interior shot up soon, but I have to leave town so I won't even get to play with her over Memorial Weekend. :-(
Nice boat man! That weather sucks. I’ve been roasting my ass off this week with sunny and 94 degree temps. Kind of wished it would cool off a bit here lol. Oh yeah, how tall is your garage door opening?

The height to the header trim is 94.5". I cleared it with my straight hitch by about 1/2". I think I will redo the trim in the near future to give myself another solid inch. I should have thought about it when I raised the header, but I just copied the trim that was there before. I put it on my 3.5" drop hitch and cleared it with some comfort room so I may just swap that in when putting it away for now. The tower comes to rest on the windshield when fully collapsed (which I really don't like) so I am afraid if I didn't get the tower down quite enough and bumped the header it could hit the windshield hard enough to damage it.
I finally took some interior pics. I am praying that I can finally ride behind it this weekend.
On a side note, I think my sister-in-law came up with the winning boat name: Red Rocket. Wouldn't you like to go for a ride on my Red Rocket? Why didn't I buy a boat when I was single...
