Hey guys, I have a 2018 sx195, as you may see in the pic the part of the steering broke. In order to obtain that piece I have to buy the steering wheel F4B-U1511-00-00
Which comes with it. It’s not sold alone. However, no one has it in stock from third party vendors to Yamaha it self, and they don’t know when it will be available. I’m reaching out here to see if anyone may know a place where it’s available. New or used. Thanks

Wondering if maybe there is an after market replacement - or a steering wheel from another year that would be interchangeable?

Find someone to CNC machine it out for you or 3D print it (depending on strength needed)
....
Garage machine yourself being creative (maybe)
....
Maybe repair the broken one.
....
Also call boat junk yards and locate a used one.

I've had decent luck with partzilla. Even though it says 2-3 days to ship, I would email them since many times they are drop shipped, but your might get lucky.

I saw that it said it will ship on those days, but when I called to make sure they told me that it will be put on back order cause it was not available. I did the same with

Steering wheel hub adapters should be relatively common parts, if you look up generic steering system manufacturer catalogues. Probably costs around 40 to 50$

What does this hold? Any chance an Epoxy Stick could help here? JB Weld Steel Stick might help. If you wanted to 3d Print the fix, I would suggest a metal insert/nut/ Aluminum piece to handle the thread portion and then generate a 3d piece to go around that. Here's something I made some time ago to fix the "wrong" steering wheel in my SX230.

I just called them directly and they stated the same as everyone else. There’s a nationwide back order due to manufacturer

I appreciate all the replies and suggestions. So far I have no choice to find a third party steering wheel hub adapter and steering wheel. When I get from work today I’m going to measure out to find one that fits. Hopefully they have third party or from a different boat in stock. I’ll keep y’all poted

Can you bring it to a fabricator and have them weld it? Thats what I would do.

All the measurements are spot on, even the steering wheel looks almost as the OEM and they have 71 in stock. I should get it by Thursday. I keep y’all updated. Thanks again
