Oil Levels High 2024 AR220

I did not read all this but I will pass along some info when I remove oil from my 1800 engines I place a level on top of the engine and jack the trailer up on the low side to get the level to show just a slight angle toward the dip stick,
Then I use an electric fuel pump to suck the oil out of the dip stick hole and let it sit a while then pump more and let it sit , once I have 4.5 or more quarts I let it sit and then go back and see if I can get any more .
I remove and change the oil but I use a bigger filter than stock, I do the old towel under the oil filter routine and cover the crimp on the filter with aluminum tape to protect it from rusting. I add the amount of oil I removed and bring a hand operated turkey baster syringe with a hose on it and a empty oil can plus a full oil can, when I place it in the water I use the dip stick to see if the level is correct then I run the engine a minute and let it sit go back and recheck the oil level, if it is too high I remove some of the oil using the turkey baster and put it in the empty can on the other hand if it is low I add some oil . Usually it is perfect and I recheck it at the end of the day before loading on the trailer.

This video was paramount helping me. Thanks @Throttle-onJohn.
