Under a seat would work as well if you used the speaker grill as a port into the cabin from under seat. Probably would be better then under helm honestly. The door rattles bad. My is horrible, but I'm running a 12" ported and tuned enclosure. So it moves alot of air. My enclosure won't fit under any seats. Most under the seat are in the bigger 24' boats which I belive have deeper compartments under their seats

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try that scenario as well when I get the boat back this spring to see how everything fits.
