Two yammi's featured in their "rumble" video. Saw it on TV thought I'd share:

Add: looks like a 192 (throughout most of it) and a 242LS (at the end)

Very cool! Yamaha is so mainstream!!

I just dropped progressive and switched to geico this year. Maybe this is their way of trying to lure me back ;)

That's pretty cool. I haven't seen that spot on TV yet.

I've always had Progressive on the boat since Geico hasn't always insured boats. We have Geico for our vehicles. I have no deductible on the boat now and they took good care of me when I had my first claim ever due to a tire failure last summer.

If you go to Yamaha boat page and click on Insurance, it takes you to Progressive. I'm guessing Progressive was the highest bidder to get on the "Insurance Link"

Funny because Progressive insured my old boat and when I bought the Yamaha they wanted to quadrupole my rate. Something like $1500 vs the $400 I'm paying with Boat US.

Very cool commercial! I have yet to find a company that can beat Boat US in terms of rates though.

BoatUS!

I find that humorous.......when I was searching for insurance Progressive identified my boat as a PWC because it had jets.....no other option....a years policy was $1200+ !!!....couldn't get them to believe it was a boat

NADA also has them in the PWC category. There is no "Yamaha" brand listed in the Power Boats category.

I dropped progressive two years ago because they wouldn't cover the boat in the Bahamas.

@farrelltravis, Foremost insurance beat BoatUs. For me it boiled down to full replacement cost as opposed to actual cash value. Only about a $70 difference between the two. Had Allstate before.

I have progressive for my camper, when I called for the boat they gave me a $1300 a year quote, I called Geico and got better coverage for $400. I had a hard time explaining to them it was a boat, not a PWC as well.

I used to have Foremost through Farmers. They were pretty high. Boat US beat them on price, plus Boat US had full replacement cost versus Foremost having actual cash value. However, that was about 5 years ago. Since you mentioned this, when my Boat US comes up for renewal in a few months, I will check into it. Thanks!

Actually, I only recently heard of them from who I have my home and auto insured with. Figured if another insurance company is recommending them, I'd give them a shot.
