Reverse module arm broken

Has anyone run into this? The ram arm on the reverse module snapped at the junction. Looking for a replacement, but can’t find it anywhere. Original module part number is 0461345, but hoping to just replace the ram arm. Interested to see if anyone has had this issue before or knows where to acquire a new module. Thanks!
