2015 AR240. Had Perfect Pass from prior owner that broke, so I am upgrading to Ridesteady. Thought this would be easy, but I’ve encountered a few problems. Newest is that the PP display was mounted in a 3D printed piece to the right of Connext. Of course, that won’t fit Ridesteady’s display. I would just ditch the 3D printed part, but there is a hole cut in the dash for the wire from the previous owner so that doesn’t seem like an option. I attached a picture where you can see the hole at the back of the piece.

Did the best I could do widen the hole with what I had on hand. Do you think this will be ok? Could I silicone around it to make it watertight more? I can’t make the hole any bigger without risking the piece totally breaking.

Disregard. Justin from Ridesteady answered my question. I will tell you if you want the best customer service for a product, he is it. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process of buying and installing as far as the company is concerned. Only issues are things outside of his control, and he has still been awesome.
