Here is something you can start with that @veedubtek did to his boat that cleaned it right up I will post a link below. My boat has bottom paint on it as well and I know it was kept in salt water at some point due to it being there. No speed loss on mine that I can tell.

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the clean out plug. If it is difficult to remove or reseat at all it can be rebuilt with a kit.

I think the boat will be fine, the only concern I would have is any growth or corrosion in the cooling jackets. Time will tell with that. Running the boat in fresh water will certainly prolong its life.

Speed loss from bottom paint is a myth..... The speed loss is negligible on a hull of this size, maybe 1 mph of loss. A boat losses more speed from weight, wind and current. The speed loss from bottom painted boats is generally from the growth that exists on the paint not from the paint.

Page 120 of the instruction manual documents a single anode. Clean out port instructions are on pages 127 and 128.
