I can if someone want's to make their own....but I'm using the Beaz now....I don't feel bad that it's better than mine...they from Morgan City also, spent years perfecting it and started a business...I was just do'n it for me.....and the Dat Sauce is made by Don...we grow up together....long story short...he spent 3 years trying to figure out his grandpa's recipe....then it was on....but its a very good story.....

Bottom line......they are both awesome, Cajun style, little bit of heat but a whole lot of favor....not just salt an cayenne or vinegar an cayenne....Trust me...order them and you will be re-ordering!
