Sirius XM on Connext for 2016 242 Limited S

Finally got my receiver hooked up but went with a different antenna than what came in the box. I was struggling trying to find the perfect mounting spot while still trying to keep it looking as clean and factory original as possible. Went with this antenna instead and it works great and looks even better!

Looks slick! I see you chose the port side vs. the starboard side. Does your model have the stereo amp on that side? My amp sits right behind the helm. I figure I will mount next to the GPS disk. Thanks for the pics!

Yeah, it did finish up with a good clean look. My model has the stereo head unit in the battery compartment so it was easier to keep it on that side than to try and traverse the wires to the other side of the boat.

Thank y'all for the excellent help. The installation took minutes. If it wasn't for the photos and discussion, I would've had to give a pound of flesh to the dealer:)
