7 Battery Set Up:

SIX Costco 6 volt Golf Cart Batteries -
These 6 batteries are only wired to the sound system. I can get almost 8 hours of continuous music at full blast with this set up.

One 12 Volt Battery - This is the stock battery that comes with the boat. It is not hooked up to the sound system.

** I have all the batteries evenly distributed on the port and starboard side of the boat to prevent listing. ***

Charging Plug: Since my anchor light is now on top of the wakeboard tower I no longer needed the plug-in Anchor light that came with the boat. So we used that plug on the stern of the boat and wired the battery charging receptacle into it. Fit Perfectly!!!

Now all I have to do is run an extension chord to this receptacle and all 7 batteries recharge overnight. Additionally, I can leave it plugged in year around and the four onboard battery chargers monitors and maintains the 7 batteries. We also had our mooring cover tailored to have a velcro flap installed so we can use this plug with the cover on.

Stereo Control Remote in the Bow:

Almost forgot about this.... The girls wanted control of the music in the bow so I was able to add another wired remote for the head unit (like the one on the swim step). You can see it below.

LOL. Yeah, I like my toys. I had to out due my 07 AR210 system. I learned a lot from my experience with that one. I needed a set up that could be ran for 8 hours at full blast in 110 degree weather with no fear of the amps over heating, speakers blowing and being able to maintain/recharge the batteries.

Thank you for sharing. Are your sub boxes secured to the boat or just sitting on the floor?

Man, that is nice.. Those ARC amps are the deal... I see you went with the same Capacitor :) providing power to the amps becomes an issue once you get up to these power levels... we need to connect our boats together and rock a lake and beat the crap out of some fish :)

where did you get those recessed pieces for your battery cuttoff switches?

WOW what an amazing setup, looks like at full volume (if that would be possible without your ears bleeding!) you could draw close to 450 amps!!! That is insane, how do you keep things cool?
