I lost my starboard bow cleat. I pulled the cushion out but can't past the speaker, I hope pulling the speaker will allow me to get to the cleat and install new nuts and washers. Anyone do this?It looks tight but I'd like to get the cleat back. I'm kinda pissed because the cleat gave way when we had some rough water on my small Wis lake, I thought it would hold up better than that.

Speaker will give access. Tighten with a combination wrench of the right size. Tie a string to your wrist, and the ring on the wrench, for when you drop it

I had to do the same on 2010 242 and would recommend wearing a glove and long sleeves!
