Stoltz bow roller

@HangOutdoors Your feedback has been great. We pick our new 212s next Saturday. I want to get the Stoltz roller and 60” guides before we pick-up. I know you prefer the 4” roller and that’s what I will get. Do you have the 60” PVC guides from Overton’s? I am concerned the PVC might be a bit flimsy, so I was considering the ones from Bass Pro that are steel with non-marring PVC covers. What do you think? Do you keep it covered? If so, do the guides make covering it more challenging? Thank you for your advice!

I have an AR240. Bought the 4" guide, then manually shaved it down to 3.75" using a sander (was a royal pain). OE center section roller is about 3.65-3.7" wide. No need to spread the uprights and it does roll when loading the boat.

@HangOutdoors I ordered the lighted guides. What kind of covers did you get? Seems most covers would also cover the light, there must be a cover designed for lighted guides.

I purchased these, they work great. Plus they snug down with the ties on either end. Piece of advice, that another member shared, I lubed up the pvc with dish soap and then slid the cover over, it is snug. Then I hosed it down to get all the soap out once everything was on and adjusted.

Yes I just measured them for you, they are the 48" ones.

Awesome! Thank you!!

I replaced my roller today just after a 2 hour ride home. Left some marks already. ?

Will be replacing the roller on a 2021 195S. how do I determine the right size? on this and other threads I've read 3.5" - 4" with one post saying they trimmed the 4" down to 3.75". Below are two 3.5" options both stating that they are for Shoreland'r jet boat trailers and or Yamaha specific. Opinions or experience with either?

I bought the 3.5 inch with Bells for my 2021 212s. You will need the bells! It was definitely the cheapest and best upgrade I have done so far. Really surprised that they don’t put these on the trailer to start. When you pull the old one off and compare it to the stoltz you really see how bad the original one is.

I’m not sure how flat the front of the 195 is, but for the 210/212 those have way too much of a V shape to them even though they say they are for Yamaha.

The 446 fit my hull well but I did have to trim it down a bit with a chop saw.

For my 2020 210 the bells had too much "V", I didn't use the large bells and it fits perfect on the front of my hull.
Mine were pretty much a exact match to the stock rollers but better material.

Can anyone give me the proper width and or the Stoltz model number? Don't know if the shape of the hulls on the 19's and 21's have the same bow contour.

No they don't, if you have 19' get the 3.5 with bells. If you have a 21' get the one @HangOutdoors posted above

Is the general guidance still that the rp-446 is the right roller for a 2020 24 foot? Even after the pics of the damage? If so, where is the best place to buy based on price and company reliability?

I got it here, seems like a reasonable price and it got to me in under a week.

No problem!
I think it might be my pics you were referring to with damage. This center roller definitely fits the best & the end bells offer some protection from hitting the bolt & bracket. I just wish the ends were a little bigger & could help center the bow in the stop when needed.
I have ended up lined up the same way as when I scratched mine, but I’m just more cautious and check it every time so I don’t do any more damage. Maybe it’s just my trailer/bunk setup that’s causing it.

Good info. This is our first jet boat, so putting it on the trailer is already stressin me out.. lol

Hope it works, if not will try your option.
