Things you do when you can't get out on the boat!

At least you don't have boating seasons... :) I haven't been on mine since September. And probably wont get on it until May. I really need to move south. But I do have a bunch of upgrades waiting to be installed once the warmth comes back, if it ever does.

Occasionally I get brave enough to off-road my Jeep but most times I’m not on the boat I’m cruising a backroad on the Harley

Come on down the water's fine! We need more jet boaters enjoying the year round boating!

@FLBulldogger

Now you need to paint your fangs and add top fangs to it for super control at slow speed and in reverse.

ok cool, the customer who tried it on his boat that already had the Viper was very impressed. I sent him a couple varied shapes to try and he said the first one he tried was so impressive he did not even want to change it to try any others. And that worked for me because it is the same as the bottom mega fang plus. This was his comments
Well I tried the way in the pics I have attached and I don't think I'm going to change it. It worked amazing. I was even able to reverse long ways in between two boats to pick up passengers off the dock. High speed tracking is amazing, low speed tracking is insane too. My wife pulled the boat on the trailer the first time in a 15mph cross wind. She looked at me and said, "that cop in Florida that sent those things is amazing." Haha she's pretty technical.

We absolutely love them. Maneuverability is fantastic at slow speeds. I would recommend that upgrade to anyone who trailers their boat or does a lot of docking maneuvers. Our lake gets a little busy around the docks and I can parallel park with ease. I'm impressed to say the least. High speed tracking wasn't effected either way.

Dream about it being warm enough to boat...I hate Chicago.

It was warm enough to go out yesterday up here @Dixie Highway. I even asked the wife if she wanted to go out but just got a glaring look back.

Unfortunately my boat hibernates in a warehouse, not conducive to getting out on the one nice day then put back away. I’ll just have to keep telling myself the mantra “last winter in hell, last winter in hell”

This is the first year storing our boat at home. The pontoon and trailer were over 36' long and about 8" too tall to go in any of my buildings so we sent it to the local fairgrounds for covered winter storage. Its kinda nice having it at home to do any maintenance or projects so there's not a big rush to get them done after hibernation. I just moved it to the heated garage and cranked the heat to 65 so I can get started on Seadeck, keel guard and polishing up the hull. When it gets warm enough I will have to open the doors and put new foam on the engine compartment hatch and surrounding area. Then it'll be time to take it on the Rock?
