Throttle-bucket handle?

How does one gain access to the cable ends at the remote handle to lube or adjust them? I have the service manual but I can't seem to find how to remove the handle or gain access to the cable ends. Any thing to be aware of?

Thanks, but that doesn't show how to get at the cables on the 2019+ AR 190?
