Has anybody purchased these for their single engine Yamaha's? How does the wave look behind their single engine Yamaha's? I have seen them behind the dual engines and wanted to know how they are work for us single engines.

Thanks

They are still in pre-order. I don't believe anyone has them yet.

I believe the design just changed. The moveable portion is now fixed. According to the video above, same - if not better - results w/out the moving parts. Seems like a great design and I love the idea but, I am still concerned about the long-term stress placed on the jet pump housing. That's a good bit of force. @JetBoatPilot Have you measured the forces and stresses (or strain) imparted on the housing?

Yes we have and I can tell you that I can press down on the deflector at 25-30 mph and I'm able to move the unit downward using only about 30-40 lbs of force. I have not tested at 45 but I can tell you that we're doing all we can to over engineer the parts and I believe with the new optimized setting we'll accomplish all our goals plus be able to offer a long lasting part that will be worthy of our name and our lifetime warranty.

Bear in mind that the jet nozzle and deflector nozzle were designed from the factory to withstand the load of the full force of the jet wash slamming into the reverse gate and that is a point load. Ours is a deflecting load and I believe it is less severe than what the designers planned for. Time will tell but for now we're very confident in the design.

Here's the latest video released a few minutes ago. It shows how dry the tube ride is with a tuber in the shot. We plan to shoot with a wake surfer as soon as our ballast get here next week.

Great words and I appreciate the explanation. While I remain confident in your design and testing, I wanted to ask the obvious question. Love your products and look forward to the official roll out.
