Hey everyone! Hope everybody's weekend is going well. I was taking my pump apart this weekend to prepare for the upcoming season by getting my impeller repitched, to check the wear ring, check my sealing job from last year, etc. Not sure how I missed this last year but I did notice it this time, has anyone else encountered this issue with the transom plate not being perfectly aligned with the intake tunnel? I could see on the port side that a portion of the intake tunnel is protruding into the opening where the water flows. In your opinion, could this cause some performance issues? Top and bottom of the tunnel are perfect. Curious if the nuts on the back can be loosed and the plate can be slightly adjusted back toward the starboard side. Thanks in advance!
