Ever since I saw the medal I've really wanted to do it. And the last two year I haven't been able to get registered!

It's not looking good...

On March 4th 2012 I suffered a 3rd degree ankle sprain where I tore the anterior talofibular ligament completely off of the bone. Somehow I managed to run the Rock 'n' Roll Dallas Half Marathon just 21 days later.

Now I find myself in a similar situation. August 13th I suffered a very similar sprain, and now I find myself with just 67 days to recover and complete training for the Marine Corps Marathon.

Right now that feels like an impossible task, but looking back at how quickly I was able to bounce back last time, maybe there is hope????

Damn, you got some UGLY feet. . . . . Rest up Devil, there is always next year. Running a marathon on something that takes 12weeks to heal is NOT a good idea.

My ankle looked like that during my college football years....ALOT of ice, tape, and tying my spikes tight as shit and it was on during game day !!!!!

Same injury on the same foot equals a trend. I would be careful before you find yourself unable to walk.

I got to McConnell Oct of '08, left in July '13. Now at Tyndall about to retire, effective 1 Dec but last day of work is only a couple weeks away!
