Bargains What A Deal!!!! <Post up Bargains Here>

@weaselman I will take some pics of it this weekend and post them.

I wanted to share a recent purchase I made. I bought these to try out because I figured how could I go wrong fro $6.99 right? I am now on my 4th order. I love these glasses. They are well built and look great. I can't really comment on the durability of the lens as I have only owned them for about 2 weeks now, but for $6.99 these glasses rock. They look every bit as good as a $100 pair of Raybans.

Very good find. If they were polarized, I'd jump on it.

@weaselman Here are a few pics of my setup

I bought the table mount and attached it with a piece of metal that I could screw into the holes on the bottom of the grill. Turned out pretty nice and the grill works great in the boat and on the swim deck.

The HO Sports Sidewinder was indeed in the CostCo wherehouse and we bought one. They were not shown on searches of the CostCo web site.

Can't wait to try it out.
June 26, 2017 We've used the Sidewinder twice now. There were several on the lake yesterday so we started calling them CostCo tubes.

My review:

PROS:
- The tube seems to be quite sturdy. Unless the bladder has issues I expect the outer cloth parts to last a long time.
- My 7 year old son, who wouldn't ride on our other tube, spent at least 2 hours on the Sidewinder yesterday.
- The Sidewinder does not submerge on take-off. Our other tube requires that the riders pull up on the tube as we begin towing.
- The sidewinder keeps the front 1/2 out of the water most of the time. This helps to allow me to swing the tube from side to side.

CONS:
- Our other tube has a single inflatable bladder. It is quick to inflate and deflate. The Sidewinder has five bladders which takes time to inflate. Perhaps larger tubes all have multiple bladders; for us this is the only one of the five we've owned.
- The Sidewinder is heavy right out of the box. Even heavier with some water possibly trapped in the lining of the towable.
- This tube is "bouncy" which I find to be the worst attribute. Even small waves can bounce the kids up in the air. One shot my son, sitting in the middle compartment, clean out of the Sidewinder.
- There is no question this tube requires more power to tow it. I believe it is the design of the tube which keeps the front 1/2 of the tube out of the water, putting all of the weight and pressure on the rear half which is then deeper in the water.

In spite of the negatives those who rode it had fun. But the kids, all under 8 years old, kept giving me a thumbs down to reduce speed. We dropped as low as 15 mph on the PerfectPass. It was a windy day with waves to contend with. On a smooth surface things would be better.

This is an unbelievable bargain - you are basically getting the nicest 15 liter extractor for FREE. That extractor is perfect for twin 1.8l engines with room to spare and easy to keep things clean.

I use this IDParts outfit for all my OEM fluids and parts for the Q7 TDI, love them. Quick shipping, never any issues. I buy this OEM oil change kit - minus the extractor for CATA engine all the time - basically pay the same...

Reminder for anyone living under a rock. . . . today is AMAZON Prime Day! Too many deals to list.

DO'H! :banghead: stupid rock..... I missed it.
For the 3rd year in a row, I looked at the 'deals' and wondered...... what's the big deal? I didn't see one thing that even slightly made me want to hit the add to cart button.

I only bought 4 or 5 small items.

I bought some new pants for my work uniform that were way cheap. That was it. My one incredibly boring prime day purchase ever. I don't get it either...
