I posted this pic of my new vest in another thread but having just left overton’s website I realize how good a deal it is. $30 plus tax at Costco v. $60 to $100 at overton’s.
Costco likes to do those about a month long sales. I am that guy you buys the limit on consumables that we use everyday when they go in sale and walks almost every asile to see if there is something interesting on sale. I just got my annual reward certificate for having the executive membership and did the math on it. Scary as I spend nearly as much there as I do on my mortgage.

Lol. I’m the same way. I can’t pass up a great deal. The GF hates it until she realizes we already have something she was going to have to go to the store for(and pay more for).
Sounds like you spend a little more than me though unless your mortgage is about a hundred bucks.
I’ll check out my local store soon and find out if they are going for $30 still. Let’s hope!

If my teenagers would just stop eating I could save a ton of money. We love the quality of the produce, fish, and meats that they have. When it comes time to stock up on cleaning, laundry and bathroom items on top of the food I sometimes need two carts.

Sounds like us and food, except it is just two of us. I found out over the weekend Fresh Market had Lobster Tails for $5 ( a pretty decent size)... needless to say we now have Lobster tails for the next year.
I don't know - and don't want to get into - any political aspects of this but I just know that I don't shop Dick's Sporting Goods on line ever since the first time I Googled it incorrectly and had a tough time 'splainin my search history after that! NEVER AGAIN!

Just bought neoprene lifevests for $26 each. This is the regular price. Water shoes for $6.. their prices are almost always very impressive at Academy.
I think I'm going to get this. They dropped it to $250 on Mother's day with a memory card and I was tempted, but knew I would need more batteries. I don't think they will go much lower. But you never know.
I ordered the Hero 5 Black. I went to checkout and with tax it was going to be $272 or something like that. So I went searching for promo codes, but couldn't find any. Anyways, while I was still on the GOPRO homepage, it popped up and said something like "click here to chat with us and recieve a special offer" so I did that. It took me to Facebook chat with automated answers to my questions, and after a minute offered a promo code of BOT20 for 20% off. I was amazed it worked. Long story kinda short, the GoPro 5 Black cost me $199 with a free battery, free 32gb SD card and free bag, and with tax was just $221.29. That's an amazing deal!
Thanks for the heads up on the 20% off Gopro coupon code. I just picked one up too. I even included a few accessories and a Happy Early Father's Day message with the gift bag.
If anyone needs the cheap orange life jackets to meet CG regulations. West marine 4 pack is on sale for $24.99. I bought Kent brand ones last year for $39 so its a decent deal. Had to get another pack since my boat is bigger now.
