this came out of my starboard exhaust. What is it from?

Seen this before. It's just excess caulk from the manufacturing process that eventually works it's way out. Not to worry.
 
When I mine came out @Bruce told me “ your boat will sink “ and he was having a blast. 20 hours later it is still floating LOL
