So, just to follow-up on this thread.
I took a quick look at the Yamaha parts website, and it looks like all current (and older) models use the same drain assembly, F2D-U2290-00-00, for the locker drain. Mine is missing the inner flange, just like @OUT ON THE REEF shows in his video. So far, we know of this problem on a 210, FSH, and on my 240. You might want to check that your anchor locker/bow drain is properly assembled.
For reference, @Ilmmct sent me a pic of the drain from his 2013 242 LS (same part number), so this is what it should look like (flange sealed to inner hull) from the inside of the anchor locker:

This is what mine looks like (missing the inner flange):

Incredibly valuable information sharing, thanks guys. Just to provide another data point, here is the fitting in my 2015 242LS. Bad picture, but the fitting does indeed go all the way thru the hull. Tough to tell if the hull has a gap around the fitting like Out on the Reef experienced. I have not noticed any unexplained water in my boat, but will definitely be sealing around the top of the fitting with some white silicone or epoxy.

@COtoFLsurf, if I were you, I'd pop out the fitting, clean the surfaces up, inspect the space between the shells (i.e. make sure that it's solidly filled like all of the other 24 footers... see my pic in previous post), then assuming all looks good, reinstall the fitting with an appropriate sealant. I don't know if it's model/year specific, or if it's a factory defect, but some members (not 24 footers) are reporting that there is no solid filler between the outer and inner shells, so it's probably worth checking before you seal it up.

Haha! 2020! Probably. However I'd like to add I'm still getting some water in the forward storage. Not a ton, but some. I notice it in the ski locker but only small damp spots in the carpet. It doesn't reach the aft compartments though. I'm pretty confident I sealed the flaw well, does anyone think this is just residual water from the original flood? Think I should revisit the repair?

Ok, so to add to this thread. I just took my 2017 AR210 fresh from winterization out for the long weekend. I kept getting water in the storage compartments under the front seats.. couldn't tell where it was coming from. At least now I know where to look. I think whatever tech is working that compartment must be having issues as I also had a loose bolt on my bow eye. Would this water also make it to the ski well? Had a ton of water in there that wasn't draining either. Not fun issues to deal with on a new boat.

YES! After all the attention I have he issue I found that the water that makes it way to the storage in front of the observer and in front of the helm drains into the ski locker. If not all, a lot of it does. When you pull the plug in the locker then the stern plug it will all drain. Still, it's pretty poor engineering and it QC. I thought I did a good job on the locker drain fix, but I'm still getting just a little water. I don't know if it residual or I still have a leak.

Sorry to hear that my friend ,after paying $30000 to $55000 for a Yamaha jet boat we all expected a little more engineering from a huge company like Yamaha im sure they will take care of this problem in far future models ,for now me and you and alot of Yamaha owner will have to be Directives to figure out our own problems, SAFE NAVIGATING MY FRIEND

so just to add to this...my 2018 AR210 that I picked up yesterday has a drain issue in the anchor locker, also. The tube stops halfway through the hull. However, the hull appears to be sealed all the way through. I placed a rolled piece of the paper through the existing fitting and then caulked down around the paper from inside to "complete" the tubing. saw that "fix" on youtube

Also adding, I purchased my 2018 AR210 July 4th and have put about 300 miles on it. I noticed the storage areas were all very wet and found a reference to leaky anchor storage. Below are my pics before I repaired it. 20180729_195006.jpg
