Might be one of the last outings of the year. Took advantage of a nice sunny day. Love the water reflections all on the side of the boat.

Past weekend in Laughlin at Lake Mohave, still 102°

Pretty windy Sat...upwards of 27mph so we posted up on the shore and hung out. Those whitecaps wore us out.

Sunday was perfect!!

Looking to squeeze in 1-2 more trips for the year if possible.

Air: high 70s/low 80s. Water temp: 65-68deg. Water level in Meramec: ideal/perfect.
I wish it would last few more weeks...! but unfortunately next week predicts a major cool-off/weather front.

In St. Meinrad Monastery in Indiana like many places these days the monks run a gift shop...

BTW - the caskets in their showroom look first class!

I was actually in St. Louis on Thursday at the Zoo and Botanical Gardens - Beautiful day!! We had a great time but I'd rather have been doing what you were doing.
