13-15 is about the lowest. Depends on load too, I always have 1-3 people with me.

For those who has installed trim tabs, do you feel that you have to counter-steer the effects of keeping the bow down. What I mean is if you are keeping the starboard bow down, then the port tab is deployed, do you have to steer more to starboard to keep going straight? Thanks.

Yup you know they are down but the boat rides so much better in bigger waves.

Was just talking to Russ at Lectrotab and he was trying to fit Tabs on my 2020 FSH 210, but we ran into some issues since the previous owner of my boat mounted the transducer in there spot where a tab is supposed to be.

Any thoughts on what to do outside of moving the transducer to somewhere else (open to suggestion on where else to mount?) Russ mentioned trying to cram a smaller tab up and above, but we're not sure if it would be as effective.

I just made a bracket to mount to the ride plate. Ill let you know how it goes when i get it on the water. That may be a good solution for you if it works out.

vesder21, glad to see you got your boat! Assuming there isn't any difference in hull shape between 2018 and 2019 (what I'm basing my eyeball gauge on, haha) you should only need to move that transducer an inch or so to the left and then down some to clear the trailing edge of the hull to get it in clean water. Unless you're going with wider tabs than what have been talked about in this thread of course.

Where you are suggesting he move it is where mine is located now. The side imaging is blocked in that location because i now have thrust vectors installed. But yes i dont think you would have a problem in that location with tabs.

@wahoowah YES, after hearing about your tabs I want to install some too. I took the boat out last night for the second time and it the boat rides good, but can see where tabs would help distribute weight.

I saw there is a group buy right now for the following set:

CKSSAL10x14-8292 $992.00 (list price $2,206.00)
(kit to include: 2) S-BK-13 Actuators with 23’ cable, 2) T10x14-8292 Stainless tabs, 1) ALC-1 Auto Leveling control

which I think are the same ones you have?

Good to know about moving my transducer, but said that I have to drill and patch more holes!!!

So far I LOVE the boat, but can see why everyone wants to 252!!!

@Dixemon please let me know if you believe that I DON'T need to move the transducer, but according to photos I've seen on this forum it looks like the tabs go in the blue box area in this photo??? this will be installed on a 2020 FSH 210.

the top photo is my boat and the bottom photo is from a member on this forum that installed these tabs (not sure what year his FSH is).

where would I install my tabs if I keep the transducer where it is now?

thanks in advance for your help!!!

I’ve mounted my Garmin down and side scan on the port ride plate and I feel like it gets excessive turbulence. I can see for sure that one side does but I never feel like I’m getting the full visual effect I’m supposed to overall.
