I dont see how it would be possible based on the drilled adjustment holes for the winch, but it sure seems like mine is backwards.
I've never seen a winch post that far forward.
I wanted to put mine in front but it wouldn't fit and I didn't want to mess with moving the bow stop back 2 in
I agree the bottom bracket is turned the wrong way. Look like it need to be rotated 180

I’m probably going to move the stop up a few inches to get the hull even with the bunks, and move the jack to the other side of the winch tower. All this moving was originally started because my tongue weight was over 600 lbs. I need it to be around 500. Had to off load a lot of gear to get to 500.
