Could Bimini 2015 be the largest gathering ???

True, but you forgot the food stops, hotel stay and all the other expenses.......I have become cheap in my older days. I finally started thinking of my 16, 13, 13, 9 year olds and their overlapping tuitions in a few years.

Even if you stay in beautiful Loves Park, you still have to eat! :)

You are right. I will try to ignore it next year. We could treat that as our family vacation next year.
I'm saving up for the Cuba trip..... who's in ???

Ignoring the future tuition needs of your 16, 13, 13 and 9 year olds, how could you let them grow up without experiencing Bimini?

@OperationROL
Your kids are a great age to experience Bimini !
The trip is an awesome adventure !! Before long your kids won't want to hang out as a family...
I have made the trek from Wisconsin the last two years... Its not too bad.
You can caravan with some of the others on the trip as well.

Those waters are now considered safe, right?

It is now officially on my radar for next year. I hope @OperationROL's Wife agrees!

There has been some change in policy toward business dealings but tourism is still off limits.

I also believe that the water between Florida and Cuba is more treacherous than what lies between Florida and Bimini.

Just a tad! :chicken: lol!

I've already started designing the 50 cal tripod mount for my AR192 got the Cuba trip :)

@OperationROL, there is still time to get in for 2015. A lot of development is occurring in Bimini. If the developers are successful they will flood the island with tourists making it more like Miami than the paradise it is now. And they will likely bring Miami's crime rate over. The ferry holds more people than live in Bimini. If they ever get it running near full capacity we will likely want to find a new destination deeper in the Bahamas.

So I suggest going sooner rather than later. This may not only be the largest Bimini trip so far but it may be Peak Bimini.

Trust me. I looked a couple times at the calendar already today. However, the practical, responsible side of me kicked in. I coach 9u baseball and 16u basketball. Both very busy during that time-frame. Next year, I will plan around the Bimini trip.

Isnt that perfect ages to actually bring the kids along?!
I honestly think that next year is your year! That and a few familiar faces (@OperationROL ) would be awesome!
#bimini2016

@OperationROL, you can make the entire trip in 7 days. @upperdeck does. But I understand that may be several games.

Funny how @OperationROL put this on me. That is a long drive. I don't even like the 5 hours down to St. Louis. Maybe hubby can fly me and the kids down ahead of him and he could find a passenger for the car ride. :) I could maybe agree to this if we can extend the trip to include Disney World. Or...we could just move down that way and we could do the trip every year. Neil....get on that.
