I have been out of the loop on these 2 strokes. The seller is squared away, bought 2 years ago off a military man who seems to have been anal. This guy has 3 kids under 6 and it's not working out. Just curious on the pricing these days. I sold my pristine LS2000 in 2012 for 8k and was not real happy but I needed to get rid of it. All comments welcome. Of course, we will do the usual compression tests, water test etc if we go look at it but I am wondering what a good price would be for this one. Thanks.

I think $6-6.5 tops. That assumes it is in great condition with proof of carb maintenance, good compression, all gauges working, etc. I just sold a pristine LS2000 with lots of extras for $7900.

Maybe 5k this time of year. The older 5 seat jetboats seem to take forever to sell around here.

Hopefully he installed Wave eater clips, old new lines or converted to premix, and second the above comments. I loved my XR1800, but it was finicky.
