I'm getting my 2015 242LS out of storage this weekend and am looking for info on the ball height for the stock Shoreland'r tandem axle trailer. I have a new tow vehicle (2016 Tahoe LTZ) and it sits taller than the Uhaul Chevy pickups that I've used in the past. I did buy an and adjustable 4" drop ball hitch but I want to make sure I can get it low enough so I don't run into any problems.

hopefully someone chimes in with same combo...i can't find my pic, but i think the bottom rim of my coupler (ufp a-60) is pretty much 19-20" off ground when level.

tahoe will prob squat a bit....i'd bet your 4" adj will be fine...prop end up needing a 2" drop max.

Thanks for the reply - I think I'm good but just want to double check. :-)
