2017 JetBoatPilot SeaDek Group Buy <30% Discount REACHED!>

We do but the group buy pricing is for in stock materials. Mocha over Black, Storm Gray over Black, Cool Gray Over Storm Gray, Terra over Black, Mica over Chocolate.

Ah sorry, I should have re-read the original post. Do you have pictures of Terra over Black on a Yamaha 24' boat (A 242 LSE would be ideal).

IMPORTANT: I just received my cockpit/swim platform in Mica/chocolate. the texture isn't the brushed surface that looks like faux teak. Instead its the embossed surface with all the tiny bumps. This is really disappointing since it has the grooves like teak, but the bumps like a pad and it looks weird.

All the images of the faux teak kit, including the sample image of mica/chocolate in the catalog shows the brushed surface. There's been no mention here, thru email or on the phone when I ordered of this, though on the invoice it does state "embossed."

Have you contacted @JetBoatPilot directly to address this?

Yes, and got a sincere apology. Turns out satin finished mica is a special order. I'm thinking about how to respond, but when I saw the post promoting mica/chocolate I felt the need to warn others.

@Leadfooty I understand your concern and I hope this explanation helps. We tried to use the mica over chocolate in the brushed style and found that due to the light color the material was impossible to keep clean. I would not have wanted it on my boat at all and I would not want to deal with the constant customer service issues we'd have if we had gone with the brushed finish. The embossed finish was selected specifically to prevent the pads from showing dirt. The embossed pattern is actually sealed on the surface unlike the brushed which is broken. The result is that the embossed dots repel dirt while the brushing attracts it. This is not a big deal on darker colors like mocha or storm gray but with mica and cool gray it was a big deal and honestly the only way I could justify the addition of the "cool colors" (lower temps).

If you're unhappy with your order we'll be glad to refund or exchange your pads. Let me know what you'd like to do.

This photo is borrowed from @aceofbase but it's the best/only photo I could find of Terra over Black. I've ordered this same color for my '14 242ls.

Very few photos of Mica over Chocolate exist. Sorry for your disappointment but would you mind posting photos of your mats? Maybe one of the bigger pieces? This is the only Mica over Chocolate photo I could find.

Did you get a tracking number when it was shipped. I got a paid invoice a while back nothing since

@JetBoatPilot

Wondering if anyone has any experience with Terra over Mica? The black might be a little too contrasty for my boat but I'm also worried about keeping a lighter color clean in the grooves.

So after hemming and hawing all these years I finally pulled the trigger on the Seadek kit! Whew, that was tough. lol. Anyway, I'm hoping that today was the last day of cleaning sandy and smelly carpets on my 2014 SX190. I'm looking forward to just hosing the floors down with water and some soap and calling it a day from now on! I ended up ordering the Cockpit and Swim Platform Kit Combo in Faux Teak Storm Grey over Black...can't wait to post before and after pics!

@JetBoatPilot I know this is ending soon. Did you decide if the if someone wanted to order only the extra pieces if it could be included in the discount? Maybe with a minimum order amount to be included in the discount? If so I plan to order all extra pieces for the AR240 that do not come stock on it except the cockpit kit.

I just ordered a Swim Platform Kit for my 2012 212X (better late than never). Looking forward to a much improved swim platform layout. The original matting is very worn down at this point.

Mica over chocolate. Embossed.

Could anybody who has this color combo post pictures either of the mats, or even better, installed on their boat???
On the fence about what color to get for a 2008 232 Limited.
Thanks in advance

count me in. too good a deal on this to pass it up. just hope the old matt removal is not to bad.

Count me in too. I will pick up a used 2009 Yamaha 232 Limited S this Thursday. I will put in my order this Friday or Saturday before 9/30. I hope that is not too late.
