Does anyone know if it’s possible to replace the hard ballast tanks with the soft ones to gain more storage in the 2021- 2023 255XD models?

Option would be to contact wakemakers and have them make you custom bags. Unfortunately as of late I've heard wakemakers has turned into a customer service nightmare. They have overpromised and underdelivered.

I cut out my hard tanks and put bags in my 212x from them. It was a huge pain in the ass, but it worked with a shit ton of extra parts and money. I think the newer boats have a better interface that's more adjustable than what is on my boat.

Thanks for the input! I was looking at used 255’s but def don’t want hard tanks taking up so much storage room. Excited to see what comes out tomorrow night with the 2025 Model Year!
