@Amar Nanduri, Apologize for the late reply, I have been so busy I hardly have had time to get online. You will need to hit close to 200 miles in the ocean on Sunday to reach Treasure Cay (I assume you are staying here). This is on top of the drive from NY to Florida, reaching WPB on Sunday morning. I hope you have alternative plans to either stay in spanish Cay or the west end on Sunday evening in case you get delayed.
@Berrie when you went to Abacos how much time did it take for you to reach Spanish Cay?
@Amar Nanduri Are you taking the Chap?
Hi @Berrie we will be going in my friends Formula 350ss. It is a decent 35 footer. Did a Bimini run last month in that boat in “not ideal” weather and it ran like a charm.@Amar Nanduri Are you taking the Chap?
Our crossing really wasn't bad, except those 10 miles before West End. There was a storm cell hanging over West End, it whipped up the Atlantic to a 3' washing machine with whitecaps everywhere.
This is the cell, still hanging over West End after we got on our way to Spanish. We had to go through it to make it to West End, and then to leave West End. Fun fun!
