Just so I know when the opportunity comes up, where is the best place to put in at Lake Martin coming from Tuscaloosa?

The addresses are not accurate but can't miss it. Pop it in Google maps and decide whichever is closers for you. Both ramps get quite busy during peak season

It's generally pretty quiet around the holidays. Seems most people go to the beach or one of the bigger lakes for long weekends.

Nice looking boat! I will be on Lake Martin tomorrow as well - I'll give you a call - you can reach me at 5126082891 as well. It's a pretty big lake so we need to coordinate a place to meet. I use the Maxwell AFB ramp and need to be back there around 1300 to pick up some friends.

You are right, Maxwell AFB is on the Alabama River, but there is a Maxwell AFB recreation area on Lake Martin as well. I can find my way around the lake pretty well - text me when you get out there, maybe I'll be able to find you, I'd like to see your boat. Chimney Rock, might be a good place to meet up as well - that is a cool spot.

Great idea Jin. I think that we are going to be back at Lake Martin over the Memorial Day weekend. There sure were a lot of people on the lake this last weekend, so I am sure that there will be a lot of activity over Memorial Day. I hope to see some other jet boaters out there!
