AR 190/195 IB Subs - Placement Validation >>

I hear the use of free air subs a lot but there doesn't seem like many locations on a AR190/195 that they would actually fit. You can only fit a 8" in either the bow or quarter locations, so seems like you could only put anything of size (10" +) in the port storage compartment or helm. Is that correct or am I missing a location somewhere for IB subs?

This is leaning me towards sealed/ported boxes in quarter locations with vents.

Put our WS 10" sub in the port helm on 0ur 195s.

That seems to be the standard/only location for them.

How do you like the Revo 10? That is on my short list with a Revo 12 or JL M3 10/12 as alternatives.

Are you pleased with the results there? Sound get some good bounce in the “hallway” to the bow? Just wish that anchor locker had more functionality for a sub..

Long story short, didn't finish the project last due to an unexpected relocation. Trying to move forward this weekend. Anticipated a potential rattle, installed with titanium bolts and large washers. Expensive, that's what happens when you take you aircraft mechanic brother-in-law to Fastenal.

Gotcha. I keep thinking about putting a 12 below the glove box. I'm scared though.

It's a big hole. My glove box fell out after about 3 hours ride time, had dealer fix it.
