AR190-AR192 PICS!

Without the help of a few members here , I probably would have not jumped into this... What an awesome group !!! Thanks again to everyone that I messaged 100 times. You all rock.
If I were closer to Jerry G , I would buy that man a few cold ones. Thanks again Jerry.
Anytime! Looking forward to everyone's next modification

@Rob9550 and @skbishop90 Check out @JerryG and @Gonrcng newest performance mods, you will want to keep your boats!:D
I was in the same boat, literally. Very very disappointed in the performance or lack of. Last year I was out with friends (4 adults, 3 good size kids) on a hot SC day and had times where the boat would not even do 38mph! I made up my mind this year to either sell it or "fix" the problem. Kinda glad I went down the path I did.

How much do you think all of the IC mods cost you?

$1050 for IC upgrade, $40 for ribbon delete sleeve (debatable on whether its needed), $90 for high flow strainer and adapter, and $30 for thru-hull fitting. And some water line.
I wanted to do as little modification to oem parts as I could, but if you don't mind then you can drill and tap your oem strainer cover. So $1100 minimum if you go the fizzle route. There are cheaper routes but try to find a bad review on them. I wanted to make sure my suff was gonna last.

Now this guy @Shannon has me looking at trailer wheels and window tint.......
I am very curious about getting more power! What did you and @JerryG install and how is it working? THX! I agree it is amazing how everybody steps in and is ready to help. We are all lucky to have this at our finger tips for sure! The radial tires imo make the ride so much smoother and the wheels dress it up a bit. Like I am always saying to the wife, it's the little things..

First ride, I backed it off trailer and of course had to see what she got and I gotta admit, was kinda disappointed in the power or lack of. Saw 36 mph or so on the speedo. I put it on our boat lift (which was a bit of a challenge) and first thing I said to my husband when I met him at dock was "It's kind of a turd" haha... Oh well, here's a pic of her beached.

Were your drain plugs out? Have you changed spark plugs recently?

I ask because just 2 weeks ago I had 4 adults, 3 tweens, and 4 grade schoolers onboard and we shot across a calm lake at a Yamaha Speedo of 42, which is a true 39-40mph. I was totally surprised how well we got on plane and took off.

It will be a week give or take (got a tropical storm headed my way) before I get to test everything out... Finished up the intercooler upgrade , ribbon delete and dedicated intercooler waterline today. Had myself , wife and 2 teenage kids out yesterday on a calm lake and could not get over 37mph. I hope all the hard work pays off. My boat demo'd with 3 good size men and a half tank of fuel on the same lake same conditions at 51mph. Fingers are crossed.

I could save someone some cash on the intercooler upgrade. I have a 2016 takeoff, 0 hour SVHO intercooler with hoses and bracket. I purchased the SVHO intercooler from a Greenhulk.net member for $250 shipped. Seems to be very common to find a stock SVHO intercooler for great deal on Greenhulk. I ended up going all in and buying a Fizzle intercooler with the Tial blowoff. If I don't find an AR192 soon, that Fizzle will be up for sale soon.

Let me know when you are going to sell the SVHO IC. I would rather stick to "stock" parts for warranty issues.
