I was totally planning on doing the cushion mod this year until a kidney stone and $2500 in medical bills got in the way. It sucked up all my fun money for the season.
Does anyone have some pics of seadek mitigation pads for the lower swim platform. I'm trying to figure out the orientation and best way these are supposed to be positioned to be most affective
@Vito Aiello I am not sure what you mean by mitigation pads but here are some pics. If you're talking about the two side pads mounted on the vertical surface in between the upper and lower swim platform, then the big radius curve goes on the upper outer side. Here's some pics I just took and hopefully this will help you.
See big radius goes on upper and outer most side....

@Vito Aiello Can you post a pic of the pieces? Check to see if @JetBoatPilot used a large radius on the outer corner like the OEM ones have and that should help you with orientation.

Hmmm that's a tough one since it doesn't have the large OEM radius to help know the right orientation. Looks like the correct orientation to me but perhaps @JetBoatPilot can chime in to confirm. Silly question but are they labeled on the backside? When i got my SeaDek kit I want to say some of my pieces had a label on it but it's been a while since i installed.
Haha I know, strange thing though is that 25-35 mph on those boats somehow felt faster than that. I think a lot of it is the throaty sound of the V8. Cruising at 25 mph on a wake boat is very comfortable while cruising at 25 mph our boats is just beyond planing speeds so it feels like more work, if that makes sense
That being said I also wouldn't be able to enjoy going in super skinny water as I like to do either with a v drive
