BOATS & BIKES

I had a KTM SuperDuke for a couple of years a while back, and while it was probably my favorite bike ever to ride, it seemed like it was plagued with problems (you had to try hard to keep the front wheel on the ground).
The worst of which was the dissimilar metals used in the transmission case caused uneven expansion at the seem. This meant after the hike warmed up enough it would start puking oil on the chain, which would then coat one side of the rear tire.

This made for some hairy rides...

NICE!!! I was just looking at some last night. And I may be working a deal on a Yamaha R6 soon. I loved my H-D, but with the little bit that I get to ride anymore, a sport bike is just more fun.

Yes, I commute to work daily now on the bike which is the only riding I really do, 12 miles each way. The occasional weekend 2-3 hour ride.
Street Glide felt like overkill...

After 8 Harley's (and one BMW), jumped ship and loving the Duc so far.

Sweet ride. I owned the 2011 Ducati 848 evo and a 2013 Ducati Hypermotard. I have the most fond memories of owning a Ducati because they are stunning looking bikes that are distinct to Japanese bikes. I feel that I am finished with bikes at this part of my life. Maybe one day I will return when I leave the city, and i'll get a nice dual sport. Yamaha WR of course.

Very nice, my first bike was a Sportster and after 12 bikes I still feel like it was one of my favorites.

Small enough to throw around and do some social-work, but still grunty enough to do some light touring.

All the bikes that came and gone..
91 Suzuki RM250
88 Sportster 883
2002 Roadstar Warrior
2006 Yamaha R6
2011 Ducati 848
2013 Ducati Hypermotard
2006 Roadstar Warrior

I left motorcycles last year and my last bike was a 2006 Roadstar Warrior with a lot of mods. It was actually rusting away under a cover in NYC, mice were making a nest, and then my neighbors bike was run over by a young kid. So I sold it and now i'm just doing mountain bikes, boats, and my superjet.
