Used for one season. They worked good for us and had no complaints. However, lateral thrusters fit our situation better and were not compatible with these fins.

Good deal that is less than half what the super ultimate and mega fang plus costs new and if someone needs install info I will be happy to send it to them in an email and review their install for them if they send pictures after they do it. The mega fangs increase the real reverse thrust and they capture and direct the reverse thrust so you get more reverse power for backing off trailer etc and better stopping power as well as a mild power steering effect plus they lead the back of the boat at slow speeds in forward and reverse. The super fins are spring loaded and adjustable plus they automatically adjust their influence based on the position of the hull in the water they are built from 6061-t6 aluminum and laser cut .

Installed Cobra steering with mega fangs on my Yamaha AR210 and it’s a completely different boat! Tracks better in the water at speed, neutral throttle actually has steering and I can spin in circles in reverse!

While I am beyond impressed with the no power and no wake mode of the cobra fins, the reverse control from the mega fangs and the improved tracking at plane is what really impresses me. And zero loss of that “jet boat benefit”. I can still crank the steering at full speed and spin a circle and take back off without losing much plane.
