Guest, we are pleased to announce that Hydrophase Ridesteady is offering an extra $100 off for JETBOATERS.NET members on any Ridesteady for Yamaha Speed Control system purchased through March 7th, 2025. Ridesteady is a speed control system (“cruise control”) that uses GPS satellites or engine RPM to keep your boat at the set speed you choose. On twin engine boats, it will also automatically synchronize your engines.
We put our deposit down Jan 15th. The dealer sent us a screen shot on 4/1 with an estimated ship date of 4/6, since this original estimated ship date of 4/6 the date has been pushed out one to two times a week up until 7/6 when the estimated ship date went to TBD. I got in touch with the Yamaha district manager and he confirmed that my boat has already shipped and we will pick it up next week
This is strange. 'My' 195S changed to a TBD status in early June which the dealer said was very good - shipping imminent, but then we learned on June 28th that it was cancelled.

It is real! I finally picked up my AR190 on June 29th, one day before a 2 week vacation that I was able to take the boat on. The boat has been great, no issues with quality other than some cup holders not having tubes. I am so grateful for the clean out port as I had to use it almost every time I left the dock because it was in a shallow channel filled with milfoil. Family enjoyed the boat doing tubing and waterskiing.

milfoil is an aquatic plant that grows in some lakes (not all). it is usually in the shallow areas or near shore so if you try come into a dock or something, you can get it caught up in your boat. Like I said....it happens in some lakes. We have one north of where I live that it gets pretty bad in so I stay away from that lake after about July 15th. It can grow from the bottom of the lake up to 4-6' deep I believe.
Hi, new here. Stopped at my local dealer yesterday to buy a Yamaha 190/195. Nothing at all in stock (even awaiting delivery) and all incoming inventory had anywhere from two to four backup buyers.
I'm on the #1 on the list for a 2022 SX190. "Maybe" August, but seeing this thread, probably not.
I lol'd at the statement above. Ship stuck in the Suez Canal was full of Yamaha components & products.
Since there doesn't seem to be any inventory of new boats available, would those sold at dealers now, like mentioned above, be boats that buyers had pre-ordered and not taken delivery of?
