This is the one I have...I carry it in my truck to use on my boat trailer, camper and my work trailer
 
The few times I have had to change a tire, that would have came in handy!
 
Here is what I bought. Looks to be about the same thing, but $20 less. Thankfully I have not had to use it yet, but it sure looks like it will do the job.

I have the trailer aid and have had to use it. They work awesome and I wish a car tire change was this simple. One thing I found is that depending on the surface, I may need a little more height. I carry a 1x6 with me as this is enough to make sure I get off the ground.

That has been the chief complaint about the Trailer - Aid brand no ability to alter the tire clearance. So having a block of wood with it is a good idea
 
@Evil Sports That's the one I bought. I'll post a review of it in my tire change thread when I get a good picture.
