Grudge Match in Shelbyville Julian vs. OperationROL

Pretty sure the rev. limiter has been known to be at 10,300 or 10,200 on the ski's, but maybe your speedo is deceiving since we are looking at that many rpms!
 
They are suppossed to from the factory but as @OperationROL and @Speedling said things change over the years and some tweaking may be involved to maintain. The newer 1.8's don't turn those rpms I think they are 7800 or something close to that.
