That grey looks to be the one for me. I'll try and get pics of the boat covered tomorrow and send them to you @Geoff Cooper .
My guess is that Thai Post will take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver to US but will be the best price. DHL, UPS and Fedex could deliver in a few days but I believe will cost as much as the cover.

Have you ran across a shop that has embroidery machines? With the JB's logo, it would be awesome to have it sewn in. That would ruin the waterproofing though....not sure how that would work.
Surely you aren't boating alone....come on now...Don't hold back on your companions pictures.I'm looking into that ken I'll get onto it next week, Just got back in from the Islands had a great day out and great company, I haven't had the Boat out for nearly 2 weeks and now conditions are back to normal again after that storm so i was itching to get out there, You can see what the Sea was like today.

@Geoff Cooper, a member posted in our Facebook group that Yamaha is no longer manufacturing covers for 2006 and older 230s.
Sorry I meant I hope you don't get bothered by the rain.Sorry i don't understand your comment!
Oh ok i see.Sorry I meant I hope you don't get bothered by the rain.
It appears to be a very open weaved fabric that needs the backing to be air and water tight. You should do a burn test to see if it's cotton or nylon.
You only need a few strands to determine its composition by burning it. I am not doubting it's superiority to the OEM cover.
Oh i see, I just wondered what this will prove and for what reason that's all, Many Boat covers are made from the same material here and i would go as far as to say they are subject to many different temperatures and conditions maybe more than in most countries, I would presume the manufacturers would have subjected it to many more tests than what is needed for the job it's being used for.You only need a few strands to determine its composition by burning it. I am not doubting it's superiority to the OEM cover.
