I've done as much as I'm gonna to to this dash setup. I'm afraid any more, it will start to look like Pee-Wee Herman's bike!!!

Its not rubberized, feels like painted fiberglass.

I ordered the blue LED switch bodies on Newwiremarine.com and the custom switches were made on ebay. You tell the seller what you want and what icon to use and they laser cut whatever you want them to say and look like.
