hello all. Im having problems starting my boat, its a 2017 ar195 with under 100 hrs. oil change and spark plugs was done in march. it doesnt want to start, boat was seating for a month since last time was on the water. It tries to crank but only does 1 click and tries to turn the engine with no luck. I check the battery and connection, the lanyard and the cleanout compartment switch, its also in neutro. I would appreciate any help

Do you have a battery to try to jumpstart the boat with. Sounds like a dead battery to me.

What is the battery voltage at rest? Have you checked the electrolyte level? Have you put the battery on a charger?

voltage at 12.65, I have a small battery tester that I use at workand it passes. I have a marine battery charger running all the time. I havent check the electrolyte

Starter

Or Starter Relay or Hatch Switch or Neutral switch or key switch or a wire between them, in that order I would check them.

Are you brave and can work a mutimeter? If you understand more or less how it's put together you can troubleshoot quite a bit.

Check the fuses.

Check the water level and then have the battery load tested at an auto parts store. Are all the battery wire connections clean and tight?

Did you check if there is anything blocking the impeller?

Double check that both ground wires are connected well to the battery.
