I actually like the platform. I can see @Glassman concerns about people getting a little too comfortable and thinking they can sit on it while under way. I have had the same issue with my Yamaha of people doubting me when I say it not safe to sit on the deck when we are underway. Then I make them read the warning stickers. They laugh but seem to get it.

What caught my eye was the 30" draft. That would limit me significantly in the area that I boat. Not so much where we run it but coming up to sand bars the water is shallow a good ways out which is nice for the kids and dogs to play. While the I/O's and outboards are anchored way out the Yamahas and Jet Skis are up by the beach.
