I really didn't have to do much either. I have major back problems which (affect or effect)? my calves really bad....lots of muscle weakness in my legs. Upper body weights strain my back something fierce. I had to quit the Gym over a year ago before my back surgery (which was largely unsuccessful). It's caused a bunch of weight gain....put on about 30 lbs in the last 18 months. All I've done is cut out beer and unnecessary/junk carbs. I still eat bread...2- whole wheat waffles with natural peanut butter for breakfast and 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for lunch with turkey and cheese. A largely low carb dinner. The only snacks are nuts or cheese. I'm not a salad eater at all. Salad is what my food eats. This isn't atkins by any means but really just the elimination of bad carbs. Lots of Coffee and some crown and coke zero even. I was hoping for 10 but considering my week, I'll take 9.1 all day long.

Oh, and I drink tons of water.

So no one else has to report a gain this week? Lol! I was down 5 pounds easily till pizza night! Lots of sodium and two cans of pop as well. Webt over my calories by 600 for the day! Watch out for next week, i may not have 10 lbs but i need to be yelled at if i gain again!

My fitness pal. Got a couple friends that use it so we can use the app to make fun of each other. It's probably not the greatest out there, but I enjoy being able to use the barcode scanner to scan my food in!

Unfortunately I will not even attempt to weigh in this week. I have been stuck in bed or on the couch with some respiratory funk that I cannot tell if I am getting better or worse.I hope I get over it quick so I can start working. I have been following my intake plan but I have a feeling if I lost any it is due to being sick and not the loss I am after... I hate you winter!

I'll have to do it in the morning, I went camping and didn't bring a scale.
I'm pretty sure I didn't lose any thing, if I didn't gain anything, I'll just stay at 192 for this week.
I weighed Saturday morning at 191.

Just a FYI ............ MikeyL checks in @ Weight Watchers officially every Tuesday about noontime. Weight report by 2 PM on Tuesday. Sorry to be "off" from everyone else, but it's the only scale we trust. I sincerely hope this meets with everyone's approval. Many Thanks (in advance).
