Ugh, tough week.....Been delivering them since Saturday and haven't eaten a single one yet. Good thing I'm not drinking beer either, a couple beers and I'd tear through a box of samoas.

I wanted to give you guys and gals some encouragement! It can be done! But it takes total commitment. I would get on board with you but had vacation week. The wife and I have done WW twice and lost to our goal the first time and within literally a few pounds of goal the second time and lost control. Hang in there and good luck to you all!

Bad night last night.....Family in town, went to dinner ordered the chicken breast, all is well..... had a beer.....then a couple more.....came home, ate my first girl scout cookies. Ugh....RESET.

Keep it up guys. My wife started us on Atkins and I went from 218 to 209 in one week. It is a challenge since I am always craving more food.

I am going to need serious encouragement this next two weeks! Going to be traveling for work. This means me and the crew wake at 5 am, eat the continental breakfast, then work out in the cold for 10-12 hours with no breaks unless we are faster at setting pieces than the trucks can bring them. Dinner is then any local chain place like chilis, tgifridays etc with beer and dinner bought by company. Usually about 8 or 9 by the time we eat. I just made 4 salads and put in containers so i can grab bites if i get a chance on the job. Spinach, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, egg, pepperoni, and bacon bits. Went sparse on the meat, and wife is going to make homemade dressing for me. Hopefully it will keep me from ordering junk all week!
